the hotel looked promising but sadly, I was treated like just another guest, not the VIP I deserve. the pick-up service was a nightmare, and my room walls were so thin I could hear every little noise. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade after such inconvenience, yet here we are.

the hotel's prime position made it super easy to walk to Patong Beach in just a few minutes and check out the nearby OTOP Patong market for some local shopping and bites, which really enhanced my weekend getaway experience.

Pool closes at 7pm!!! An extended operating time would be nice for a night swim!!! The airport transfer fee is high for such poor service!!! Food quality was really disappointing, especially the chicken cashew nut dish!!!

We had an awesome time staying here! The location was perfect for checking out Soi Bangla and the nearby Phuket elephant tour. The staff was super friendly, and we loved the happy hours. Rooms were comfortable and well-kept. Some ocean views were a bonus. Overall, a great spot for a fun group vacation!

One downside was that the pool had some minor repairs needed, which could have been better managed during our stay.

The straff were all really kind, like super eager to help! ! I still remember how Mr K. Art and Mrs Shaw at the bar kept us entertained with their smiles and laughs during our evenings. The room was spacious, and when we opened the balcony to watch the sunset over the ocean, it felt unreal.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, I’d say it was acceptable.

i had a great stay at liv hotel phuket patong beachfront. the large room with a sea view was amazing, and the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat. the hotel is pretty close to the city center, making it easy to explore. the staff were really friendly, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

the only downside was that the beach wasn't swimmable for a bit.
